We've featured reviews from Wallace before. He's a longtime Simard Automotive customer and one of our most loyal supporters. Our staff is always happy to see him visit one of our shops, and we truly appreciate when he takes the time to share one of his detailed and insightful customer reviews. On his most recent visit, Wallace had a number of automotive repairs performed, centering around work on his suspension system. The term "cooling system" can be a little misleading. A lot of vehicle owners it is only there to keep the engine from overheating. That is certainly its main purpose, but it also helps keep the engine from seizing up in the winter. Radiator coolant is commonly referred to as "antifreeze" for a reason.  Coolant-to-Water Ratios Your vehicle's radiator will combine a mixed ratio of coolant/antifreeze and water.
