Jack Adams joined the Simard Automotive team a little over a year ago. He serves as a shop foreman and is one of our leading auto repair technicians. He has been a very valuable part of the Simard family ever since he started working here.
Whether he’s supervising and helping guide other technicians in the shop, or he’s getting his own hands dirty making the repairs himself, Jack takes a very hands-on approach to his job. He’s been working on cars for more than 10 years and he holds his ASE Automotive Technician Certification.
Being an integral part of the team at Simard Automotive is one of the things Jack likes most about his role in the shop. “I really enjoy working on cars and being part of a team,” he says. “It’s a challenging job that keeps you on your toes.”
Jack has lived in Alaska for more than 30 years and he grew up right here in Fairbanks. He has strong local ties and providing high-quality auto care services to his hometown community is important to him. He’s always been a hard worker, which is why he’s such a perfect fit at Simard Automotive.
When he’s not hard at work, Jack likes to stay active. He is very passionate about motorsports. When he’s not out riding snow machines and four-wheelers, he can often be found in his home garage working on them along with other vehicles. Jack also owns a local mining claim, so he likes to work on that property to make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible.
Last but certainly not least, Jack is a family man. He enjoys spending as much quality time as possible with his daughter.
We’re very glad to have Jack as a key member of the Simard Automotive team. He’s one of many people who make sure our two Fairbanks auto repair shops are always providing the best service around.
