New customer. Great service, very informative staff. Had a sensor issue on my car. Staff did not pressure me into having it fixed at this time, and walked me through what it does and helped me understand that I likely wouldn't need it until winter. Friendly. Definitely will be returning!

Our car was damaged during shipment. We were having a terrible time trying to communicate with the shipping companies and our insurance company because of the global pandemic (COVID-19). Simard took the reigns and our car was fixed within the next week. We couldn't thank them enough for their time, patience, and support during this stressful situation.
