I'm a handicapped individual and the first thing that happened when I came into the shop was I was brought a chair. These folks wouldn't let me go upstairs, they brought me a chair! Though I could have managed the stairs, it would have taken me a while going up and then down so the chair was much appreciated. My '07 Subaru was in for an oil change The car went into the shop almost immediately, was given some time to allow the oil to seep back down into the oil pan and then drained and refilled while the tech performed a 30 point inspection of my vehicle. All the while, the folks up front treated me as a family member while doing the things they needed to do. I really enjoyed my visit to this business. As I pulled out of the parking lot, I realized that I had been there for under an hour and had actually enjoyed myself. And people wonder why I have trusted Simmard Automotive for over 15 years!

Once again, we trusted Simard to help us and they exceeded expectations. Honda CRVs have a consistent problem with a sensor in the gas tank. They warranted their work and did not charge us for the new part and labor. Simard also discovered a burnt out brake light, problems with our brakes and a leaking brake line. They made the repairs and kept us safe. Honest and thorough business that takes care of customers.
