We have been doing business with Simard for years, but recently have been having some communication issues. When the owner became aware of our dissatisfaction he took it upon himself to contact us and resolve the issue to OUR satisfaction. The auto industry is rife with problems concerning customer satisfaction, and I feel the biggest issue is one of TRUST. I have an increased level of trust for the shop knowing that the owner is committed to doing the right thing and seeing that the shop is an honest one. He has turned a potential lost customer into a more loyal one. Thank you.
